These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "this Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and pkrsin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the website accessible at pkrsin.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile-accessible versions thereof.

pkrsin is an English-language online gaming information and platform site designed for adult players in Pakistan. The Platform covers sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, instant-play titles and responsible gambling guidance. By accessing, browsing or registering an account on pkrsin, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user profile created on pkrsin, associated with a unique username and password.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required before withdrawals are authorised.
• "Platform" means the pkrsin website, mobile-optimised site, and all services, features and tools accessible via pkrsin.cam.
• "Real-Money Funds" means deposits made by the User from personal funds, excluding bonus credits.

• "Wager" means any bet, stake or game-play action placed using Account funds on any Service offered by the Platform.

• "Working Day" means any day that is not a public holiday, Saturday or Sunday in the operator's primary operating jurisdiction.

To register an Account and access the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are not employed by pkrsin or any affiliate, partner, payment-processing entity, or software provider associated with the Platform.
• You are of sound mind and not acting under duress, coercion or undue influence.

pkrsin reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing Account if eligibility criteria are not met, or if the Platform reasonably suspects that eligibility criteria are no longer satisfied. Such decisions are made at the Platform's sole discretion.

Each User may hold one (1) Account only. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• Date of birth confirming you are of eligible age
• A valid email address to which you have sole access
• A residential address in your jurisdiction
• A valid mobile number for account verification and two-factor authentication

You are obligated to keep all registration information up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information at any stage is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Account funds.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pkrsin requires completion of the KYC verification process. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund the Account

KYC documents are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe. pkrsin may request additional documentation if submitted documents are unclear, expired or insufficient. Withdrawal processing timelines begin only once KYC is fully completed and approved.

Access to and use of the pkrsin Platform is granted subject to the following conditions. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable terms at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal recreational purposes.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers or any software not provided or authorised by pkrsin.
• You will not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Platform's software, design, content or data.
• You will not engage in any conduct that disrupts, overloads or impairs the performance of the Platform's infrastructure or servers.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. pkrsin is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• You will not share your Account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation and that no strategy, system or external tool can guarantee or influence results.

All Account transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified at the time of Account creation. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary and pkrsin accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Payment method names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited for user familiarity only. None of these providers endorses, affiliates with or supports pkrsin or any gambling transaction. Actual method availability must be confirmed in the cashier at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be funded from payment methods owned solely by the registered Account holder. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after full KYC verification has been approved.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability and platform policy at the time of the request.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• pkrsin targets withdrawal processing within three (3) to five (5) Working Days of request approval, subject to payment processor timelines.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw unconverted bonus funds will result in forfeiture of those funds.
• pkrsin reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Users will be notified of any additional documentation required.

pkrsin may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, free bet credits, deposit match offers and other incentive schemes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria, which may include minimum deposit thresholds, opt-in requirements or geographic restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Unless stated otherwise, different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino, table games and certain other titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• pkrsin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, except in cases of fraud or misuse.
• Users who are found to have exploited promotional terms — including through multi-accounting, systematic low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or abuse of refer-a-friend schemes — will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent Account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active on an Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the Platform, covering both the sportsbook and the casino lobby:

8.1 Sportsbook

• All bets are accepted subject to sufficient Account funds at the time the wager is confirmed. Bets placed on credit are not permitted.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to the settled wager, unless an obvious pricing error ("palpable error" or "palp") is identified. pkrsin reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time pricing and market availability. Network delays may result in bets being accepted after the event state has changed. pkrsin reserves the right to void any in-play bet where the result was already determined at the time of placement.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and T20 internationals — are settled according to official competition results. Abandoned matches are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Platform's detailed sports rules section.
• pkrsin reserves the right to impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, events or Users without prior notice.

8.2 Casino & Live Games

• All casino games use certified random-number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment monitored by independent oversight. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on individual game information panels.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server log. pkrsin is not liable for losses arising from the User's internet connection failure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within the game interface and may be subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkrsin Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Users to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live table games or any other competitive format.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between pkrsin and other operators to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, macros, scripts or any automated tool to place bets, play games or interact with the Platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with a payment provider after using deposited funds on the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately using any software bug, glitch or misconfiguration to gain an advantage or extract funds not legitimately won.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of illegally obtained money.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Identity fraud: Registering an Account using another person's identity, documents or payment instruments.

pkrsin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal or prohibited conduct
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder
• Determination that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 03
• Compliance with any applicable legal obligation, court order or regulatory direction

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the Account is subsequently reinstated, held withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. If the Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance comprised of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the pkrsin support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) Working Days, and any remaining real-money balance — subject to completed KYC — will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrsin and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of the Services;
• Losses arising from interruptions, delays or errors in platform availability caused by circumstances beyond pkrsin's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, acts of government, natural disasters or cyber-attacks;
• The conduct, content or accuracy of any third-party software provider, payment processor, odds feed or data supplier integrated into the Platform;
• Gambling losses sustained by the User as a result of using the Services, which the User acknowledges is a known and accepted risk of participation.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pkrsin's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such limitation would be unlawful.

pkrsin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining recreational activity. However, the Platform recognises that some individuals may develop problematic gambling habits, and provides the following tools and resources as a standard part of every Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permitted over a given period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 6-month or 12-month) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications informing you of the time elapsed and net outcome of your current session.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce or redistribute any part of the Platform's content or software;
• Create derivative works based on any Platform materials;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from pkrsin;
• Remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice appearing on the Platform.

Any User-generated content submitted to the Platform (such as support communications or feedback) grants pkrsin a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use that content for internal operational and improvement purposes.

pkrsin collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data practices include:

• Personal and KYC data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance and legal obligations.
• pkrsin uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit. Sensitive account and payment data is stored using industry-standard security controls.
• pkrsin does not sell personal data to third-party advertisers. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, regulatory bodies and law enforcement where required by law or legitimate operational necessity.

In the event of any dispute between the User and pkrsin, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Where negotiation fails to produce a resolution within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the operator's jurisdiction, as applicable.

pkrsin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at pkrsin.cam/terms-conditions and will bear the date on which it was last updated, as shown at the top of this page.

Where changes are material — that is, where they significantly affect User rights, account operation or financial terms — pkrsin will provide reasonable notice via the email address associated with your Account or via a prominent Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
